Join our free research workshops open to all.
May 10, 11 and 12, 2022

The workshop sessions will take place on May 10, 11 and 12, with 2 sessions per day, open to everyone 13 years old and up. The workshops do not require any specific experience or prerequisites. Everyone is welcome!

    May 10, 11 and 12 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Social prescribing through Body music

Participants engage in a music and movement experience, which is expressed as a personal/communal journey shared through a common walking “pulse” incorporating rhythmic gestures, formations, and vocalizations. The workshop includes multigenerational and multicultural activities for participants of multiple skill levels, using music, dance, and vocals.The result is an embodied meditation in sound and motion.

    “Exploring the Stories We Tell”

Her choice of instruments are Voice and Drum, incorporating movement to hone in intention into our lives. In this research program with the CCOV, the aim is to combine sound and different ways of approaching movement to bring harmony and balance. NOTE : This workshop is prohibited for people with epilepsy.
