The program offers a 6-month mentorship package that includes:
- 1 week of paid studio residencies;
- A package for mentorship in the discipline of their choice (in the past, program participants have, for example, received mentorship in sewing, lighting, or even horseback riding);
- Participation in showcase events to meet presenters.
